We are looking for a passionate individual who can turn booking enquiries into the best visit at Mr. Lau’s one could wish for.
You will be responsible for managing your reservations team, the reservations portal (RESDIARY), customer relations and customer retentions. You will also be responsible for the hiring and training of reception personnel.
In order to drive bookings we hold numerous events throughout the year such as Chinese New Year, English New Year and Christmas to name a few. Your role will require your great planning and preparation to enhance these events and think of and implement new ones throughout the year.
You must be computer literate, with excellent time management, a great personality and preferably have experience in our industry at a top restaurant or hotel.
