Cellar management, mixology, team management – hiring and training of all bar staff, stock ordering are just a few jobs for which our bar manager will be responsible.
Being part of a busy restaurant requires one to possess great organisational skills, communication skills and customer relations skills. We have a wide selection of spirits unlike any other Chinese restaurant outside of London not to mention a bottle of Louis XIII and King George IV. Our drinks menu is predominantly Asian but we admit our wine selection could do with a wider selection. Knowledge of wine is most advantageous as we will be constructing a new wine cellar in early 2021.
